Option B — Full on-site registration: No wallet? No problem. A new ARJ wallet is generated for you at the kiosk. Your private key is printed or transferred securely — your wallet, your keys.

The verification system automatically checks your connection against the Horn of Africa IP allowlist (Somalia, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya corridor). This confirms Adal-region residency without requiring any documents.
Registering in person at a service point bypasses the IP check entirely — physical presence at a kiosk confirms residency. Citizens connecting from outside the region can still register in person at any Adal service location.
