Borama–Zeila Highway Rehabilitation

Complete resurfacing of the 180 km main highway connecting the capital to the coast. Includes new drainage, signage, and rest stops.

Paving 45 km of urban roads within Borama city, including the university loop, hospital access road, and central market area.
