How Property Registration Works

All land and property in the Republic of Adal is registered on the Adali Rijal (ARJ) blockchain. Here is how the registration process works:

  1. Identity Verification — Your biometric identity is verified through the blockchain, linking your wallet address to your citizenship record.
  2. Property Survey — A government surveyor confirms the plot boundaries and records the GPS coordinates and area measurements.
  3. Claim Submission — Submit your ownership claim through the Land Registry with supporting documentation (title deeds, purchase agreements, inheritance records).
  4. Admin Review — The Ministry of Housing reviews the claim, verifies documents, and may conduct community verification for traditional land rights.
  5. On-Chain Registration — Once approved, a deed token (NFT) is issued on the ARJ sidechain, permanently recording your ownership. The token address becomes your digital title deed.
  6. Ongoing Management — Ownership can be transferred, properties listed for sale, and all changes are transparently recorded on the blockchain.
